Gerardo is a graduate of Utah State University where he obtained his Honors Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration and then began a successful career in international business. Today due to his life and career achievements Gerardo is listed in the prestigous Continental WHO's WHO.

An Expert in Sales, marketing, communications and senior management but above all a family man and involved citizen, Gerardo learned that servicing people is his true passion and so he put his knowledge, abilities and expertise to work for the benefit of his clients in his real estate practice. He brings to the table over 15 years of sales and marketing experience with highly developed negotiation skills and more than 11 years in real estate both internationally  and in Canada.

Gerardo contributes to the realization of people's real estate goals and dreams and when asked what he considers to be the most gratifying aspect of his business, he whole heartedly answered, "...the smiles and expression of happiness in my client's faces when together we achieve their objectives. Then, he adds, my success is directly proportional to the fulfillment of my client's goal. What a great feeling that is." He says with a proud smile.

Gerardo is a full member of the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), The Oakville, Milton and District Real Estate Board (OMDREB), and a member of the Hamilton and Burlington Real Estate Association (RAHB). He is also an active volunteer helping new immigrants working with the Halton Region Multicultural Centreand a strong supporter of the Children's Miracle Network.
